Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons

  • Vincent Wengier
  • Burgundy, France

Method & Production

With its south-eastern exposure, Vaillons mainly benefits from the sun in the morning. Its shallow soil allows the grapes to ripen quickly. On the basement side, there is a high concentration of Kimmeridgian limestones.

Tasting notes

Golden yellow in color. Very inviting nose of white and flinty flowers. The mouth is round and enveloping with a charming style.

Food matching

White fish in creamy, butter based sauces.
