Method & Production

The estate grown Gaglioppo and Magliocco grapes are hand-harvested, pressed and de-stemmed. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel for one year before the wine is bottled. A further eight months bottle refinement before release.

Light-bodied, fresh, and versatile, this Calabria Rosso IGT captivates with its vibrant character. Aromas of crushed red fruits leap from the glass, revealing layers of red currant, raspberry, and a hint of orange zest. On the palate, fine tannins are beautifully balanced by bright acidity, leading to a persistent and elegant finish.
