"Vieilles Vignes" translating directly to mean "old vines", the Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested from 40-year-old vines. Fermentation in stainless steel using native yeast. Aging in stainless steel for 20 months, 10 of which are on the lees. And at least 10 months of bottle refinement before release.
