Method & Production

A single parcel of Cabaret Noir grapes hand-harvested in 2023 were destemmed and press-fermented. Six months of ageing in American and Burgundian barriques adds a richness and complexity.

Tasting notes

A lively and generous wine with notes of black cherries, plums, freshly roasted cocoa beans, dates, cedar, and fresh-ground paprika. Rich and perfectly weighted with chewy, limber tannins.
