Made from hand-picked, estate grown Pinot Gris grapes. Fermentation solely in stainless steel using selected yeasts. 

A characterful dry orange rosé with bright, mouth-watering acidity and crunchy tannins. The palate is intense and juicy, with flavours of pink rose petals, mixed red berries with woody undertones from barrel ageing. An energetic wine with some tension that will loosen with age.
