Made from a blend of hand-picked estate grown grapes; Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Gris. Wild ferment using indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank.

This wine has an expression of mixed creamy layers of red fruits and yellow stone fruit, such as bright red strawberries, young cherries, freshly cut mango and ripening banana. Medium refreshing acidity with medium body with generous midpalate texture.
