Organic certified Trousseau grapes from a single vineyard called Sur la Cour in Mantry. Three weeks of maceration and fermentation in stainless steel. 12 weeks ageing in stainless steel.

This ruby-hued Trousseau opens with an aromatic bouquet of juicy red berries, ripe cherries, and delicate violet petals. On the palate, it’s refined and vibrant, with silky tannins and a lively, mouthwatering acidity that brings balance and finesse.
