Domaine Oddo - Vallon des Glauges

The Oddo family is dedicated to selecting the finest terroirs and collaborating with partners across France’s most renowned appellations. Their journey began with Domaine Oddo – Vallon des Glauges in 2015. Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles Massif, the estate spans a breathtaking landscape, linking Eyguières to Baux-de-Provence and extending from Mont Menu to the Tour des Opies. Since acquiring the estate, the family has undertaken a significant transformation, replanting over 20 hectares of vines and modernising the winery, offices, and tasting room facilities.

Agronomist and oenologist Jérôme Constantin has managed the estate since 2022. Now extending across 45 hectares, the vineyard attained official organic certification in 2023, demonstrating the family’s commitment to sustainability. Biodiversity is central to the estate’s philosophy: sheep graze among the vines, fostering natural soil enrichment, while beehives encourage pollination and a thriving ecosystem. The winery itself is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a gravity-fed reception system and newly installed wood and steel tanks, ensuring a meticulous and efficient winemaking process.

One of the estate’s signature wines, Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Rosé, is a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Counoise, cultivated on clay-limestone soils. Crafted through direct pressing and aged for six months on lees in stainless steel vats, this pale pink rosé boasts an aromatic bouquet of vibrant red fruits, citrus and nectarine, the palate is crisp, and refreshingly vibrant.

With passion, innovation, and a deep respect for nature, the Oddo family continues to strive for excellence through contemporary and environmentally friendly winemaking.
