Devoted in equal parts to wine, art, and nature, Artelium Wine Estate is the brainchild of Mark Collins and Julie Bretland. Previously both working in the tech industry, they left their careers to pursue a more hedonistic lifestyle. Unable to commit to just one of their three great passions, they decided to combine them—thus, Artelium was born, a space for people to come together and enjoy wine and art in a beautiful natural setting. Set amidst the stunning Sussex Downs, Artelium cultivates 65 hectares of impeccably managed, estate-grown grapes. These are serious wines of depth and complexity, exhibiting impeccable balance and the signature acidity characteristic of this terroir.

Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard is a family run winery in the Jura region of Eastern France. Located between Burgundy and the Swiss border, Jura is France's smallest wine region and is home to some of the country's most distinctive wines. They use local techniques, such as sous voile, meaning "under a veil" which involves a layer of yeast developing on the surface of the wine during maturation and not topping the barrels like you would normally to get an oxidative style wine. Combining tradition, innovation, and a focus on terroir, Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard wines are really something unique and special, they show great fruit concentration, minerality and fantastic length.

Founded by two good friends and brewing enthusiasts, Giovanni Fumagalli and Mauro Zilli, Birrificio Via Priula was born from a shared passion for craft beer. Located in San Pellegrino Terme, a municipality in Lombardy, Birrificio Via Priula was officially established in 2018 with the completion of a 100-hectolitre fully automated brewing cellar. As their reputation grew, so did their capacity, and today the brewery has expanded its storage to 460 hectoliters. Birrificio Via Priula produces 12 different beers, including a stout, American pale ale, pilsner, blonde, wheat, and fruit beers – continuing to expand their bottlings each year.

New to the Beaujolais scene, Domaine Azzara is the project of an exciting young winemaker, Benjamin Azzara. This is his first solo venture, having worked in the industry for over ten years, including previous experience at wineries such as Charlopin-Parizot in Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine de la Vougeraie in Premeaux Prissey, and Cave de la Loire. Benjamin's passion for Beaujolais led him to establish his own vineyard in 2023. He purchased five hectares of old-vine Gamay in Chiroubles. We were thoroughly impressed when we first tasted his wines and are eager to see what the future holds for this promising new talent.

Domaine de la Pierre des Dames is located in the picturesque commune of Prissé, nestled in the heart of the Lamartinien Valley. Founded in 1992 by Vincent Nectoux, Jean-Michel Aubinel, and Marie-Thérèse Canard, they cultivate 26 hectares across southern Burgundy. Committed to sustainability, since 2020, they have earned them their High Environmental Value Certification. Using ancestral knowledge combined with modern techniques, they make a beautiful range of wines that showcase sense of place, typicity of the varietals, and precise winemaking expertise.
