Method & Production

Manual harvest of the Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation in tonneaux, malolactic fermentation, and ageing in tonneaux on the fine lees for 12 months and 3 months in stainless steel. 

Tasting notes

Aroma's of exotic fruits and white pepper, underlined with light woody notes. This wine has great structure, harmony and good acidity, with a long finish.
