The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked from hand-tended, sustainable vineyards in Marlborough's Wairau and Awatere valleys. The "Earth Series" is all about small batch production. The wine spends three months resting on lees in stainless steel tank before bottling.

Fresh and bright with aromas of gooseberry and mandarin. Clean and fresh on the palate with flavors of citrus and melon and a touch of flint. A classic Marlborough Sauvignon with a twist!
