Their journey began with a beautiful Côtes de Provence Rosé, predominantly made from Grenache and Cinsault, but includes small amounts of Syrah, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle and Carignan too, sourced from one of the 18 Cru Classé producers in Provence. Classically pale pink in colour, the wine is brimming with red berry fruits, which are joined by orange blossom and grapefruit.
